Moments of Stillness

Throughout the weekend, we practiced guided meditations, mindful nature walks, and gentle yoga under the afternoon sun. One of the most powerful moments came when we were encouraged to sit silently among the trees, just listening. For the first time in a long while, I noticed the sound of leaves rustling, birds calling, and my own breath—an orchestra of presence.

Nights Beneath the Stars

As dusk fell, the magic deepened. Blankets were spread across the meadow as we lay down to watch the night sky awaken. The Milky Way stretched above us, clear and luminous, reminding me of how vast the universe is and how small—but connected—we all are. A guided stargazing meditation wove together science and spirit, leaving me both humbled and inspired.
